Rogers That Consulting was created with the idea of bringing my experience of start-up companies, love of HR creativity, and solutions-based problem solving to a wider client base. I have experience in small and large medical organizations as well as retail and customer service.

In a past life, I was a high school teacher. I bring the patience, creativity, and presentation skills that I developed into HR consulting.

In late 2025, I moved from Tennessee, USA to The Netherlands in order to fulfill a lifetime dream of living abroad. I conduct my business remotely from the Nether lands, but am willing and able to assist you in any time zone. Please be prepared to have visits from my co-worker, a hairless cat named Neville! He’s a great assistant.
